Late of Toowoomba, passed away at Toowoomba on 6th July 2017.
Aged 63 years.
Beloved Husband of Tricia.  Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Jamie and Susie, Melissa, Sonny and Rebekah, and Holly and Wade.  Loving Grandfather and Great-Grandfather of their families. Loved Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Tom's funeral, to be held at the New Apostolic Church, 26 Gostwyck Street, Toowoomba, service commencing at 2.00pm Thursday 13th July 2017.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Toowoomba Hospice.  Gift envelopes available at the church.
